Three Alpine Apartments near Cortina

Welcome to Dolomites Escapes, our family's restored 19th-century stone house in Serdes, a quiet hamlet of San Vito di Cadore, just 12 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo.

We've preserved the character of the original house while creating three independent apartments with modern comforts: two one-bedroom apartments sleeping up to four guests each, and a spacious three-bedroom duplex for six. A peaceful place to return to after exploring the Dolomites.

Laura and Andrea together in the mountains, with the Dolomites behind them

Your hosts

We're Laura and Andrea. Our house has been in our family for generations. We have restored it with care, and we are happy to open it to guests who want to spend a few days in the Dolomites and feel at home here.

For us, time in the mountains means an early walk while the trails are still quiet, a long lunch at a rifugio without watching the clock, and stopping to see the peaks turn pink in the evening light.

Andrea is a ski instructor at Scuola Sci Cortina. He knows the area well and is always happy to suggest a ski run or an idea for a day out. Laura has a passion for wine and holds a WSET Level 2 qualification; she would be glad to recommend a bottle from the region.

You will have your own space and the freedom to spend your days as you wish. If you need advice or a hand with anything during your stay, you can count on us.
